The goal of the Baby Steps Program is to help teen parents complete their high school education so that they can reach their goals and become productive citizens and effective, nurturing parents. The Baby Steps Program is a partnership between the Junior League of Norman, Norman Public Schools, Crossroads Youth and Family Services, and the Center for Children and Families. The Junior League of Norman established the Baby Steps Program in 1993 and since then, more than 160 pregnant and parenting teens have graduated high school while participating in the Baby Steps Program.
